SteamRocket Learning Lab Returns to Indio Library

SteamRocket is excited to announce a series of free Learning Lab workshops at Indio Library starting in October. Thanks to a generous grant from the City of Indio and the library’s continued support, these hands-on STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) workshops are designed to engage and inspire children ages six and up.

Learning Lab workshops will start at 11:30am and run from October 2024 through March 2025. Each session offers a fun, educational experience focusing on creativity and problem-solving through STEAM projects.

"We’re excited to bring our Learning Lab back to Indio Library," said Elle Decker, Co-founder of SteamRocket. "These workshops provide fun, hands-on experiences that spark curiosity and build essential science, technology, and engineering skills. We’re incredibly grateful to the City of Indio for supporting this initiative and the library hosting us."

Space is limited, so families are encouraged to contact the Indio Library to sign up for these free workshops. Each session promises an exciting learning adventure, and we can’t wait to welcome young innovators!
