Valley Kids PlayFest
In collaboration with The LEGO Foundation, ChangeX, and the City of Desert Hot Springs, Valley Kids PlayFest is back and better than ever! After a fantastic debut in 2024 that brought together 350 community members for a celebration of creativity and connection, we're excited to announce that the second annual PlayFest is coming to Desert Hot Springs.

Mark your calendars for June 7th, 2025, from 10am to 12pm at the Desert Hot Springs Wellness Center. This free community event celebrates the International Day of Play with a morning of tech-free activities that spark imagination, encourage movement, and build community bonds.

From creative building challenges to group games, every activity is designed to remind us that play isn't just fun—it's essential for growing minds and connected communities.

Last year's event at Little Street Music Hall showed us the powerful way play brings families together across the Coachella Valley. This year, we're thrilled to bring this special experience to Desert Hot Springs, continuing our mission to create enriching opportunities for Valley families to connect through play.
