Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions Program Overview Summer of Code offers technology education for students ages 12+. Classes run Monday-Friday, 2 hours daily, taught by a professional electrical engineer. Small class sizes ensure personalized attention. Eligibility - Age Requirement: Minimum 12 years old at program start - Experience: No prior programming or electronics experience required - Supervision: Students under 16 may need parent/guardian available for pickup Payment Policy - Payment Required: Full payment due at registration - NON-REFUNDABLE: All fees are non-refundable once paid - No Transfers: Registration cannot be transferred between students or sessions Equipment - We provide all laptops and necessary equipment - Students may bring personal devices (Chromebook, laptop, tablet with keyboard) - All required software and internet access provided Attendance - Regular attendance expected - No make-up sessions for missed classes - Students may be dismissed for disruptive behavior (no refund) - Early departure results in no refund Health & Safety - Emergency contact information required - Notify instructors of allergies or medical conditions - Parents contacted immediately in emergencies Liability - Students/parents responsible for intentional equipment damage - Program not liable for personal property loss/damage - Students may be photographed for promotional use unless objection provided - Program not liable for injuries during participation Program Changes - Minor schedule changes possible with 24-hour notice - Substitute instructors may be provided - Full refunds only if program cancels entire class Communication - Current phone and email required - Program updates sent via email/phone - Contact us with questions before registering By registering, you agree to all terms including the non-refundable payment policy.
